We have our roots in Germany, to be more exact, the beautiful Swabian Alb.

                         

 

This is also where Anja learned the butcher trade.

In 1999  we came to the Tampa Bay Area in Florida, and took over the German Deli, which has existed since 1980, and turned it into a family owned & run business.

 

About our products: 

We offer home-made sausages, potato salads, meat salads, as well as home-made entrees such as Rouladen, Sauerbraten and much more to our customers.

A large number of our breads and rolls arrive from Germany (deep frozen) and we bake them here. Just like Apfelstrudel (a German Apple Pie), Poppy Seed Cake, Plum Cake, Black Forest Cherry Cake and so on.
